There are many reasons why watercooler chats should be encouraged in the office. For LAMSIG, we are hoping that our watercooler events will cover a few of these areas, including: greater collaboration between ELT managers and leaders globally, more ideas and solutions, higher engagement with LAMSIG and our initiatives, and a relaxed environment where we can get to know each other better. There are no topics or themes and we chat about whatever you bring to the chat.
The times of these chats will differ month to month to ensure we can get leaders and managers from all over the world to take part in our watercooler chats. You can also exchange contact details and stay in touch with managers across the globe.
